Thammasat University, Pattaya Center, is located in Pong Subdistrict, Bang Lamung District Chonburi Province. It covers an area of approximately 584 rai and is surrounded by 4 golf courses: Siam Country Club (Old Course), Siam Country Club Plantation, Siam Country Club Waterside and Siam Country Club Rolling. The Hill is a world-class sporting venue. The land was donated from the Thong Thaworn Industry Co., Ltd. (by Dr.Thaworn Phornprapha) in 1987. His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn (His royal title at the time) laid the foundation for the construction project, Thammasat University, Pattaya Center, for training and seminar buildings. In 2015, there was an initiative of 3 undergraduate programs:  Automotive Engineering (English Program), Software Engineering Program, and Automotive Technology.
